dress code

Please note the following examples, which are not considered appropriate attire for dining at Sotto Sotto.

  • Athletic apparel, including work out shoes, sports hats, sweatpants, basketball shorts, short shorts and bandanas
  • Men’s sleeveless tops
  • Beachwear (Seasonal), including flip-flop sandals and slides
  • Overly revealing attire
  • Clothing emitting any off-putting odors

We kindly request that you convey our dress code to any guests you may invite, as we reserve the right to impose appropriate attire at the discretion of our front of house team.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our policy, ensuring that all of our guests have a wonderful experience at our restaurant.

reservations

Due to limited space and seating, please be advised of our time allotments per table according to the number of guests. This will allow for enough time for a leisurely dinner.

They are as follows:

2  guests = 1.5 hrs
3-6 guests = 2hrs
7-10 guests = 2.5 hrs
12-plus guests = 3hrs

billing

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer individual billing per guest.

small and large parties

For a party of 6-7 guests (considered a small party), we require a credit card to hold the reservation.  The card will only be charged if we do not receive 24 hour’s notice of cancellation or a substantial reduction in the number of guests.  The charge is $75.00 per absent guest.

For a party of 8 or more guests (considered a large party), we require a $250.00, nonrefundable deposit, which will be credited to your bill at the end of your dinner.  Please email us at info@sottosotto.ca with details and depending on the size of the party, we will discuss menu options and further requirements on our end, should they apply. A link will be forwarded to you where you can make the deposit for your party.

dessert and corkage policy

Please be advised that due to a variety of factors we are no longer accepting outside desserts. This will minimize allergy concerns. Although we try our best we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.

As well, we do not offer corkage. All wines must be bought on site.
